For claims above $250,000, the JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules apply; for claims below or equal to $250,000, the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules apply. The arbitrator will apply Puerto Rico state law. The Federal Arbitration Act will govern any arbitration conducted. All arbitration proceedings will be on an individual basis, with no class or representative actions permitted. Each party waives the right to trial by jury for any claims arising out of this agreement.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to agree to these Terms and perform your obligations. Any failure to exercise rights under these Terms is not a waiver of any other rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these Terms, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. By continuing participation in the program, you agree to any updated Terms.
